Basic "setup":

cp -a /cvs/horde /var/www/html/horde
cp -a /cvs/imp /var/www/html/horde
cp -a /cvs/turba /var/www/html/horde

ie. copy everything in its dir to the horde web root dir, so that
afterwards there is /var/www/html/horde/{imp,turba,....}
