Mime attachment woes..

I've searched through the archives and haven't found much in the way of
solutions to this. It seems it may be an ongoing issue and I'm not quite
sure where to look. Are these problems server, browser, or IMP related:

1. When a PDF "application/pdf" attachment is viewed, the browser (IE
6.0.2600) still asks whether you want to open/download the file. The Adobe
acrobat reader is installed and functioning. When you select either open or
save the browser fails saying it can't open the web page: [Lots of random
charcters] @ myhost.mydomain. Is this an issue with my Imp config?
browser? or server (Apache 1.3.19)

2. When forwarding a message with one attachment (the PDF) the user get's
two unnamed attachments. the first is text/plain and contains the message
content, the second is text/html and contains the message content as well.

Any insight as to what's going on here?

You want links to them from IMP? First, make sure they are in (and uncommented
in) horde's registry.php config file. Second, look in imp's conf.php for $conf
['menu']['apps'] and read the comments...
