I am getting funny errors trying to run test.php3, namely:

Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/html/horde/test.php3' for inclusion
(include_path='/var/www/horde-phplib:/usr/share/php:.') in Unknown on line 0

The file exists there.

Thanks for any insight. I could really use it.
