memory size limit

Hi All,

I've got the following in the log:

<b>Fatal error</b>:  Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 0 bytes) in
<b>/usr/local/www-mail/horde-1.2.3/imp-2.2.3/lib/mimetypes.lib</b> on line <b>431</b><br>

Where is this limit set?

I'm on horde-1.2.3, imp-2.2.3 , redhat 7.0.
