questions on cvs version

Two questions:

- I once configured what was shown in the top bar (I added the addressbook 
botton there), but I can't find where I did that in the past. Any hint on 
this?
- I have spanish set as my language, but all teh messages are in english. Why 
is this?

It's the entry $conf['menu']['apps'] in conf.php.

See horde/po/README for tracking this down. You should replace nl by es_ES.
