Horde 2.0 / IMP 3.0 are what we've been calling the CVS versions
of the code for the last year or so.

At the moment, the development trees and these release candidates
are pretty much identical.  They'll likely start to diverge a
little bit once the release is finalized and we start to renew
our efforts on new development projects / code.
