Drafts Selection

When I try to set the defaults drafts folder I get only garbage in the 
selection drop-down menu.

Anyone else get this?

configuration:

IE5 (client)
Horde, imp (from cvs 12.11.2001)
PHP4 (from cvs 11.11.2001)
