[imp] saving sig_first pref doesn't seem to work

Yes.

With latest horde/imp/turba etc.

If you set imp/config/prefs.php to:
// signature before replies and forwards?
$_prefs['sig_first'] = array(
    'value' => 1,
    'locked' => false,
    'shared' => true,
    'type' => 'implicit'
);

then the sig_first check box will alwayas be checked when you edit 
your identities.
