Getting started with IMP 3.0

I've been using IMP 2.2 for a while now with great luck (nice work!). I'm
interested in using IMP 2.3 (3.0) in development. I've gotten the latest
version from CVS (horde and imp) and 4.0.7 of pear. All are installed
and I can bring up the nice purple login screen for horde (or imp).

At this point I'm a bit stuck. I'm used to the setup.php3 configuration
in 2.2. I've poked around the php files on config under horde and imp. I
setup mysql properly, put the auth and prefs statements info horde.php, added
my IMAP server in servers.php, but I can't make out what to do next. When
horde is configured to auth off of sql, what do you put in the users table?
