Pains have been taken to make sure that configuration files are only
shipped as ".dist", so that unpacking a tarball (or doing a CVS update) on
top of your production system won't overwrite any of your config. files.  
I think there's one in 2.2.x horde/phplib that you have to watch, but
that's it (and soon, no more PHPLIB!).  The system works pretty well once
you get used to it.
