[Old stuff coming; not relevant to most Horde/IMP users who have moved on
to PHP 4.x; just posting this so the archive has the answer.]

I'm seeing this on my RH 6.2 test/build box. It appears that not only are
my Horde-customized PHP 3.0.18 RPMs broken (see bug 611), but Red Hat's
official 3.0.18 update was broken too (in this different way).

The PHP ChangeLog says the only difference between 3.0.17 and 3.0.18 was
the upload bug, and the Horde-customized 3.0.17 RPMs had this patched
anyway. So that's the solution; if you're stuck using Red Hat 6.x and PHP
3.0.x, use the Horde-customized 3.0.17 RPMs.

...and run, don't walk, to get up to PHP 4.x, of course. :-)
