[imp] Message compose window is too high

Hm, as it is, IMP is (close to) unusable for Opera users.  making the
window smaller allows everyone to easily use IMP.  The "right" size
would be a size which doesn't exclude anyone.  The current size is not
right.

Have a look using opera and tell me if you think it is usable (without
digging deep into the source code, of course!).
