IMP / POP3 Problem

I just connected to IMP using POP3 on my server
And it opened up an e-mail account ok for me
But when I went to click Inbox it logged me out
Saying:

Your Mail session has expired. Please login again.

Any idea why it expired in less than 1 minute?
