These 4 are what concern me.  It looks like you might have grabbed
something off of cooker.  The rest appear to be from a standard 8.1
install.

Wait a minute.  I just looked at the list of what you've got installed
versus what installed on my system.  Some of your stuff has lower point
versions and others have higher.  That's very curious.  Did you do an
ftp install maybe from cooker?  Or was it off the CDs?  Box set or
downloaded iso?  RC or final?
