[imp] removal question

[imp@redstarhosting.com]

I di this, and it does remove it from the login screen, but on the folders
section, when I try to create a new folder here is what happens:

The folder "Test" was not created. This is what the server said: CREATE failed:
Can't create mailbox node /mailTest: Permission denied

Any ideas why?
