I have submitted a port for IMP 3.0, with a default configuration. It
runs very well on FreeBSD 4.4, and it should run on 4.2, after a cvsup
of your port tree.

It has not yet been committed, but you can grab it from
<URL:http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=32090> (follow the
prequisites to get turba and horde and pear).
