[imp] Can't get 3.0 rc2 to work at all

 To qualify this statement: the write only happens when the horde hierarchy
 is accessed via an insecure connection. The same rewrite rule then forces a
 secure connection and /webmail.

 Imp/horde from cvs about 4 weeks ago also worked fine.
