Incorrect From field encoding

Oh, i had to be more accurate in describing the problem: it is not about IMP 
cant display that field properly, IMP completely hangs up and web-server 
returns "Zero size reply" when trying to access mailbox. :(
Is it problem of horde/IMP or PHP/imap itself?
