[imp] language-option

Three tests:
First I deleted the cookie file
1) start IMP, with language selection = English and stop the browser
without logging in;
 --> imp.gapaard.be  FALSE   /    FALSE   1037988954 horde_language en

2) start IMP, login (preference=Dutch) and stop the browser
 --> imp.gapaard.be  FALSE   /    FALSE   1037988954 horde_language en

3) start IMP, login, go to Language-option, clock 'return to options' and
stop the browser
 --> imp.gapaard.be  FALSE   /    FALSE   1037988998 horde_language nl_NL

So the cookie isn't changed (to the language-option) after login in.

PS: in prefs.php, my preferred language is english
