IMP3.0 Setup

I just got IMP3.0 working... sort of..
When I login or try to set options I get:

Fatal error: Class maintenance_imp: Cannot inherit from undefined class
maintenance in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/Maintenance/imp.php on
line 19

There is no Maintenance.php in the distribution!

If I refresh the page I can see the Mail folders and their contents.
