2.2.17 non persistent connections

Hello... this is just a little questions.


As far as I understand, IMP does not use persistent connections any
more. Am I ok ?

In version 2.2.16 I have to change a line un db.pgsql ( from pg_connect
to pg_pconnet ) because some problem appears that I can not remember
now. The question I have is... Is that problem solved? it the new
version with non persistent connections working well.
