[imp] IMP inlining, Horde Charset Settings

Here's the idea I came up with this afternoon:

Show messages inline, no matter the charset. However, if the charset doesn't 
match, do what mutt does: Add "This message was written in a different 
character set. If it is not displayed properly, try clicking <here> to display 
it in a seperate window." - and <here> is a link to open it using view.php.

Thoughts?
