[imp] diff between releng_3 and head cvs?

RELENG_3 is the stable code branch for the IMP 3.0 series.
HEAD is the development code branch for what is currently IMP 4.0.

hrm...Does releng_3 have features/docs, etc which HEAD doesn't have?  What 
new features are you guys working on in imp4?

In any case, if I checked out the HEAD version before you guys created the 
releng_3 version, which version am I accessing when i do "cvs update"?
