No Help in Help Window

Hey All,
  This may be a silly question, but upon clicking the "?" icon, the help window appears but with no help topics. Even clicking on the List Help Topics doesn't do anything. Is this an option that must be enabled or do the help topics need to be written. Imp is CVS'd from this morning.
