[imp] Problem with LDAP+IMP (UTF8 and accentuated vowels)

 Argh! this will force me to recompile PHP3 and Apache Stronghold
 _another time_ in an HP-UX machine (it's a torture, really!). Ok,
 I see there's no alternative :(((
