[imp] IMP 2.2.7 speed problems

Hm.  Doesn't sound like a "speed" problem to me.  Does it happen
consistently with different client browsers and operating systems?  I know
of a couple of specific older versions of IE (one Mac, one PC, IIRC) that
fail to pop up the compose window with 2.2.x -- I get reports here
occasionally.

What about doing a "tail -f access_log" on the web server to see if you
can figure out what the web browser is sending, and the timing of the
response?
