Thanks  Mike and Jan for answering the Sendmail on Windows problem.

Unfortunately  - could not find the section of code in  config/horde.php
....   Probable because I am using Horde v1.2.7 and IMP 2.2.7

Do these version support  SMTP as the mailer to be used fro windows or do I
need to update to the  development releases
