We just moved off of UW IMAP and on to courier, and the performance is
orders of magnitude better, hurray.

Based on past IMP list threads, I recommend that IMP offer a link to these
stats in the upcoming docs, and perhaps a soft recommendation not to use the
mbox format if performance is expected to be an issue. Mail conversion after
the fact is quite painful. Thanks all.
