[imp] IMP authentication failed using php 4.0.6 and above

The test.php is working fine. And the horde.log shows ["FAILED LOGIN
10.204.100.115 to sghub.schenker.com:143 [imap] as <username> [on line 332
of "/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/IMP.php"]. However, I had tried
to login to my personal using POP3, and it works. When I tried POP3 on the
sghub.schenker.com, I had the same problem as imap. If I downgraded the php
to 4.0.5 with the older version of Horde and IMP, everthing work fine.
