Changing address format default in RC4?

In 3.0-RC4, is there a way to change the address format that
gets put into the "From" line when composing a message?

In this latest version, if I set my full name to "Lloyd Zusman" 
and my address to "ljz@asfast.com" in my preferences, the "From"
address gets generated as follows:

  ljz@asfast.com (Lloyd Zusman)

In 2.3.7, the address got generated like this:

  "Lloyd Zusman" <ljz@asfast.com>

In 3.0-RC4, I'd like my addresses to get generated in this 2.3.7 
manner, if at all possible.  Is this somehow configurable?
