Patch to open messages in separate window

Hi,
	Here's a patch to open messages in a separate window. There is a
user preference to turn it on under 'Display' prefs. The default is to
use Imp's current default of opening messages in the same window. The
patch is at:

This the first time I have not used CVS directly, so if I haven't done the
diff correctly, please let me know.
