[imp] problem with saving user settings in imp3.0

Andreas,

Please check your horde.conf file under /horde/config and make sure the 
appropriate DB configuration was done, as well as ensuring the DB was 
initialized as per the INSTALL document.

I had the same problem previously and I tracked it down to my missing MySQL 
configuration in that file...
