I did that. Now I've the administration icon but ...

When I click on it I've on the top frame the directory view, from Apache, 
of /horde/admin. 

There are a user.php file and a css directory.

When I click on user.php I receive a forbidden error.

If I follow the css directory I've the style sheet editor working fine ...

What did I miss ?
