At first, in your horde/config/horde.php, you have

$conf['mailer']['params'] = array();
$conf['mailer']['params'] = array('sendmail_path' => '/usr/lib/sendmail');

You don't need to precise sendmail path if it's standard, and if not, 
are you sure that this is location?

'folders' => 'Maildir/',

should be 'mail/' or you change it? Do you use IMAP CYRUS or POP? No 
need to activate all kind of servers?

Which problem you exactly have? We are unable to connect to your site 
(servapp..... not existing)
