The other thing that you can do is to change line:
UseCanonicalName On
to
UseCanonicalName Off

This tells the server not to attempt to put its "ServerName" in front of
every URL it sends out.  Instead it uses whatever name the browser
accessed the site with.  This sounds like a cleaner fix to me.
