[imp] Pb with IMP 3.0 / Horde 2.0

Hi,

I upgraded my Apache version to 1.3.22. I'm also sure that my php log file
is writable by httpd process (it's feed by some other pages of mine).

Unfortunatelly, it's still the same result.
