Mail and LDAP manager using Horde

Hi,

I am writting a small module for Horde to manage users for Mail and LDAP.

This allows an admin to create mail users and add mailaliases for them.

Its different from horde/admin/users.php cause it simply manages one 
scenario.

Imap users stored in LDAP directory.

Example. On create it creates the record in the LDAP directory and a 
mail box for that user.

The code is basically an exercise for me to evaluate Horde and perhaps 
port another project to it.

If there are people interested I can make the code available.
