aspell or ispell?

I have installed aspell and under imp/config/conf.php I have entered 'true'
for spelling check. Where do I define if it is aspell or ispell?

Is there any other configuration file I am suppose to modify for the
spelling check? I tested it but it looks like the spell checking is not
checking for error. Any idea?
