[imp] Attachment are emptyy in Horde 2.0 IMP 3.0

Ok,

I changed the rights for apache on /var/tmp. And now it is working.

But at home I made no rights changes and didn't add the upload_tmp_dir line in 
php.ini. 

Very strange ...
