The cookie path is set to the same as my webroot, which is /horde-2.0 I've 
made sure that any setting that refer to /horde are set to /horde-2.0.

'icon' => '/horde-2.0/graphics/home.gif',
'cookie_domain' => $GLOBALS['HTTP_SERVER_VARS']['SERVER_NAME'],
'cookie_path' => '/horde-2.0',

If need be I can always reset it to /horde and create a static link if it 
will cause less issues.

What is your cookie_path set to in horde/config/registry.php, and does that
match your installation?
