Double check your $conf['auth'] array in your horde/config/horde.php.
If this still doesnt work, try adding those two lines (i take that from 
memory, i could be wrong) :

$conf['auth']['params']['protocol'] = '';
$conf['auth']['params']['port'] = '';

I think this has already been discussed in the lists..
