Well, here's the patch I promised for so long.  Its not done, but its =
very=20
functional.  A few people had been asking me to release what I have, so =
here it=20
is.

It is designed for IMP 3.0+.  The patch works on my CVS copy of IMP from =

several days ago.

It allows a user to interact with a sieve server to create server-side =
mail=20
filters.  Currently, the only IMAP server I know that has this =
capability is=20
the Cyrus IMAP server.

The patch needs some HTML work and some general testing (its not well =
tested=20
yet).  If it doesn't work, patch it and send me a diff.
