Unable change draft folder name in option

Hi all:
I am using IMP 4.0CVS,and updated recently.I found a
little problem,that i could not change the draft
folder name in imp's "MESSAGE COMPOSITION" option.
No matter how i changed the Draft folders values to
"drafts",but the result after saved was always
"mail%2Fdrafts".why ?
