[imp] is it impossible? what am I doing wrong.

Hi,

I dont understand what I am doing wrong. I set
cookie_path to '/' and and using Horde:url.  Now when
I login it takes me to the imp mailbox. when I want it
to take me to the hello.php page.  I tried the same
configuration below with all different combinations of
true and false in the Horde::url statement.
