[imp] No folders under IMP 3.0

If I allow the attempted login to timeout, I see the following entries in 
the apache error_log:

[Thu Jan 24 15:51:17 2002] [info] [client 134.241.251.163] send timed out
[Thu Jan 24 15:51:18 2002] [notice] child pid 5160 exit signal Aborted (6)

This is an httpd processes that I would guess get spawned with the 
session.  The entries don't tell me anything (this is at the debug level).
