If you find things that don't work without javascript but should because 
there is nothing dynamic in them or no client side processing necessary, 
you should tell us. This could probably done without javascript.

For anything else - and if it just makes the use of the ui a little bit 
nicer - I would agree to Chuck. This is an application not a website, and 
not all functionaltity can or should be done server side.
