[imp] IMP under PHP 4.0.6, PEAR installation issues

Thanks Jan for that info.

I am fairly new to PHP, but familiar with ASP.  I get the following
error when trying to access IMP:

	Fatal error: Call to undefined function: bindtextdomain() in
/path/to/horde/lib/Lang.php on line 91

bindtextdomain as I understood is a standard function within PHP, I
presume I have other path issues with my ISP's PHP install?  Or are
there other language specific environmental settings that are missing in
the system?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Install it anywhere in your filesystem and create a .htaccess file in
your 
horde root containing the line:
php_value include_path '.:/path/to/pear'
