sent folder is create when saving draft without pre-existing draft folder

I happen to have no draft folder in my account, and I don't know how to make it 
a default folder when new accounts are created. I only have "trash." 

When I perform "save draft" imp created a "Sent" folder to save the draft. 
I already have "sent-mail" folder for my sent emails. Now when I send emails, 
it gets saved in both the "sent-mail" and "Sent" folders.
