Wecome "username"

We had a request to show the username in IMP so that it is obvious who is
logged in.

Did I miss this default or pref in imp/conf.php?

Has anyone built such a patch?

I hadn't found either yet, but wanted to make sure.

I've yet to talk to our UI people - we might be asked to change 'INBOX' to
'INBOX for ThisUser', or to add "Welcome, ThisUser" someplace. I tried
adding it to common-header.inc, and it didn't look right.

I'm pretty sure that we did NOT want to echo the Identity.

If we were to submit such a patch, then I assume it would be a global
setting, and not a user defined pref...
