[imp] Folder Prefix under UW IMAP 2001a

Yes you are right.  It was all my mistake...I had recently re-built the UW 
2001a IMAP server to have the folder prefix as ~/mail by default.  I set the 
folder prefix to '' in the servers.php file and now it works beautifully.
